KASINA is a breakthrough device in the world of mind machines. When I started using these devices over 25 years ago it usually required the purchase of extra hardware to fully utilize the benefits. I use my Kasina often. Last night, and before an Endoscopy procedure today, I used it to fall asleep and get into a relaxed state. I use it often after I drive and sometimes I keep it on all night and just continue into the zone. It is an impressive unit because it is the size of an mp3 player and it is one but the entire ability to not only use the included programs, you can also program your own with other software available from an Affiliate of Mindplace.

kasinas effect
I bought Kasina...its a nice machine and works fine, I listen to it every day. Although...I have many doubts. For example...what is the long term benefit of listening to it What effect, other than variety, do the different programs have I am a hypnotherapist, I would like to download some hypnotic recordings that will bring me into true trance...so, How do I do that and...will the lights effect be incorporated into such recordings
