1. Goods and Services Tax (GST)
All prices listed on this website are inclusive of 10% Australian GST, where applicable. We are registered for GST in accordance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements. Tax invoices will be provided upon request. International customers are not charged GST where exempt.
2. Delivery Times
As a drop-ship agent for overseas suppliers, average delivery times range between 14–21 business days. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processes, or international logistics are outside of our control. This timeframe also appears in our Privacy Policy and applies to all products listed on our website.
3. Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy – Change of Mind
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for most physical products. If you change your mind, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and includes all accessories and manuals. Proof of purchase is required.
Please contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) before returning any product.
Please note:
Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method upon inspection.
The following items are excluded from change-of-mind returns:
batteries, mind machines, biofeedback devices, opened software, digital content, DVDs, headphones, health & hygiene products, and recharges.
4. Warranty and Consumer Guarantees
All products include a 90-day manufacturer warranty against defects.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to:
A replacement or refund for a major failure
Compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
Repair or replacement if the failure is not major
5. Service Under Warranty
Please keep your sales invoice or receipt as proof of purchase. To make a warranty claim, contact customer support and request an RMA. Items must be securely packaged and include a clear description of the issue. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or unauthorised modifications.
6. Special Purchases
We regularly update our product range. If you're seeking a specific item in the wellness or lifestyle category not listed online, please contact us. We may be able to source or suggest alternatives.
7. Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
