Terms & Conditions (Australia Compliant)
1. Goods and Services Tax (GST) All prices listed on this website are inclusive of 10% Australian GST, where applicable. We are registered for GST in accordance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements. Tax invoices will be provided upon request. International customers are not charged GST where exempt.
2. Delivery Times As a dropship agent for overseas suppliers, average delivery times range between 14–21 business days. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, delays by third-party carriers may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
3. Returns Policy – Change of Mind We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for most products. If you change your mind, the item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with all included accessories and manuals, and accompanied by a copy of your sales receipt. A Merchandise Return Authority (MRA) number must be requested from our customer service team prior to returning any product.
Please note:
• Return shipping is at the customer's expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Items excluded from change-of-mind returns include: batteries, mind machines, biofeedback hardware/software, video games, music CDs, headphones, health and hygiene products, DVDs, computer software, digital content/services, and electronic recharges.
4. Warranty and Consumer Guarantees All products come with a 90-day manufacturer warranty against defects.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
5. Service Under Warranty Please retain your sales docket or tax invoice to prove your purchase date. To obtain service under warranty, contact our customer service team and request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Goods returned under warranty must be securely packaged and include a description of the issue.
