Our Returns Policy and Change of Mind.
Shop with confidence with our 14 day money back guarantee. For 'Change of Mind' purchases, goods can only be accepted for refund or exchange in unmarked, original condition and packaging, complete with all instruction books, accessories, etc. All returns must be accompanied by your Sales Docket.
Note: Refunds on 'Change of Mind' purchases do not apply to batteries, mind games, Biofeedback hardware and software, video games, music CDs, headphones, health products, DVD’s, computer software, services and electronic recharges.
If purchased through the Web or Direct Sales a Merchandise Return Authority Number (also referred to as an MRA Number) is required before you return this stock. Email our customer Service to obtain the MRA Number.
Please note that any refund will exclude the shipping costs. Additionally, all of our parts are warranted against manufacturer defect for 90 days and will be replaced at no charge. Please email our Customer Service to receive your (RMA) and we will gladly handle your request.

We offer customers the manufacturer’s Warranty. It does not limit any rights which our customers may have against any manufacturers, importers or suppliers of a product.
Service Under Warranty
Please keep your sales docket or invoice in a safe place as the invoice or sales docket will prove the commencement of your warranty period. If your purchase requires warranty service within the warranty period, we ask that you produce the docket when returning the product under warranty for repair.
We exclude from our contract with you, all the terms, conditions and warranties which are implied by statute or by the general law in contracts for the supply of goods and services, to the extent that their exclusion is permitted by law. The statutory warranties implied under Division 2 of Part V of the Trade Practices Act are not excluded if the goods are of a kind which are ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption. Where the goods purchased are of a kind which are ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, then our liability in respect of a breach of warranty implied under Division 2 of Part V of the Trade Practices Act is limited to the replacement or repair of the goods, or the payment by us of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods, or the cost of acquiring equivalent goods (whichever is the lowest sum).
New items are continually being sourced and added to our range to cater for as wide a range of needs as possible. A great deal of effort is put into searching for new products. For this reason, it is impossible for us to purchase special items for individual customers outside our normal range.
